Paul Franks is 'Paul Unplugged', and is not your typical solo acoustic artist. Paul takes advantage of his 20+ years of electric guitar prowess combined with his front-man skills in various rock bands. He uses complex arrangements on the acoustic guitar, as opposed to traditional chord strumming. The result is an engaging performance of acoustic versions of true rock songs, transcribed to bring in a unique acoustic feel, while retaining the original intent and rock appeal.

If there is one thing new players need to learn when they start out, it is to buy the best instrument you can afford. Without that purchase, I'm not sure that I would have continued to play.
